Tom Daley took up crochet and knitting during the pandemic and what he’s been making is pretty incredible.
His latest creation is an Alpaca and Merino blend cardigan for his husband Dustin and we are nothing but impressed.
The 27-year-old diver created his craft Instagram account, @madewithlovebytomdaley, in September last year and began uploading a whole host of his creations – from rainbow coloured knits to crochet jumpers and striped cardigans – and he’s really talented.
In the latest picture, Dustin can be seen showcasing his stylish new cardi.

Tom captioned the shot: “BLAKE CARDIGAN 😍 I have been working on this one for a while. I made it for @dlanceblack birthday! It’s an @woolandthegang kit and it was a really fun and challenging piece to make with all the colour work! What do you think?”
Well, fans were naturally delighted. One wrote: “You are insanely talented! Olympic knitting and crochet skills”, while another said: “That is literally amazing”, and a third simply said: “Fab-u-lous ❤️”.
Tom previously spoke to the Daily Mail about his newfound hobby and how it will save him from the boredom of the Olympic bubble in Japan.

“I have lots of things to keep me occupied, like my obsession with knitting and crochet,” said the diver, who is making his fourth appearance for Team GB in Tokyo.
“I’m planning on bringing a whole extra suitcase of yarn because I’m not going to be allowed out of the village to go to the shops. I want to make sure I’m well stocked.”
Unfortunately for those wanting to create the same Wool and the Gang cardigan as Tom, it’s currently sold out but fear not. We’ve rounded up our favourite knitting kits below and each is suitable for complete beginners.
